В столице Объединённых Арабских Эмиратов (Абу-Даби) в скором времени появится отель в виде спирали, Spiraling Helix Hotel (проект архитектурного бюро LEESERarhchitecture).
Главной особенностью отеля Spiraling Helix
является отсутствие этажей, вместо них у отеля - спирали. На этих
спиралях будут располагаться различные рестораны, кафе, фитнес-, spa- и
развлекательные центры, магазины, зоны отдыха, кинотеатры, сады и
гостиничные номера. Кстати, в отеле будет 208 шикарных номера.
Отель будет полый с отверстием в крыше, которое будет пропускать внутрь отеля солнечный свет и свежий морской воздух.
Отель Spiraling Helix
будет оснащен новейшими солнечными батареями и ветряками, которые будут
вырабатывать электричество. Кстати, солнечные батареи будут сделаны из
100 процентно-годного для повторного использования полиэтилена.
Внутри отеля будет находиться искусственный водопад с морской водой,
он будет не только частью внутреннего дизайна отеля, но и своеобразным
регулятором внутреннего климата, т.е будет поддерживать температуру и
уровень влажности в помещениях отеля.
Вот такой концептуальный отель в скором времени должен появиться на побережье Персидского залива, в Абу-Даби.
